Oblong 4to., First Edition thus, with many hundreds of photographs and drawings in the text; original pictorial wrappers, a near fine copy. Mollo and Taylor's standard reference was originally published in seven volumes between 1963 and 1976. The first six volumes have been individually updated and re-issued; the scarce seventh volume has not been reprinted to date. The six volumes included here comprise: 1. Allgemeine-SS 1923-1945 (Mollo; fourth edition, 1991); 2. Germanische-SS 1940-1945 (Taylor, third edition, 1991); 3. SS-Verfugungstruppe 1933-1939 (Mollo & Taylor, third edition, 1991); 4. SS-Totenkopfverbande 1933-1945 (Mollo, second edition, 1991); 5. Sicherheitsdienst und Sicherheitspolizei 1931-1945 (Mollo, second edition, 1992); 6. Waffen-SS Clothing and Equipment 1939-1945 (Mollo, second edition, 1992). The seventh volume, Waffen-SS Badges and Unit Distinctions 1939-1945 (1976), is not included in this edition.
